Timothy Tharp - Founder and Director
As a retired Air Force veteran and tenured security executive, Timothy Tharp has extensive experience in developing top-tier security functions. His passion for safeguarding individuals, businesses, and the surrounding environment is unparalleled. Timothy is an expert in various areas of security, including cybersecurity, corporate and church security training, active shooter training, and self-defense. His knowledge and expertise in these fields make him a trusted and reliable source for all your security needs. Timothy has been instrumental in driving internal change to enhance data and asset protection, mitigate internal and external threats, and revamp neglected security programs. He is adept at overcoming obstacles, pinpointing problem areas, and excels in dynamic and regulated environments where a responsive, risk-focused perspective is paramount. Timothy possesses extensive experience in optimizing external vendor management security processes, streamlining operations, and enhancing security communication. He has spearheaded new initiatives, aligned technology with business goals, and managed comprehensive risk scopes. Timothy holds a Masters degree in Security Management and an MBA in Information Security Management.
Apart from his cybersecurity expertise, Timothy also boasts over 25 years of personal protection and fitness experience, having trained under some of Israel's top security and combat experts. Timothy's wealth of experience and expertise make him an accomplished security professional capable of detecting and addressing vulnerabilities in any organization's security program. He helped design the church security team at his campus church and currently serves as the head of security there.
Mason Tharp's lifelong focus has been on security. His father, Timothy Tharp, trained him in various areas including cybersecurity, defensive tactics, and combatives.
